These Terms apply to your use of Campus Arena at campusarena.co. By confirming acceptance during sign-in, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have access to a supported college or university email associated with you. Incoming students, current students, and alumni may participate where their university email and campus access are supported. You must provide accurate information and use your own email. Email verification confirms inbox access; it is not an independent identity, enrollment, or age check.
Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. Do not share accounts or impersonate someone else. Campus Arena is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university.
As a Campus Arena user, you agree to:
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Campus Arena permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, operate the service, and address reports or legal obligations. This does not transfer ownership of your content or grant permission to use it in advertising. Campus Arena and its licensors retain their rights in the platform's branding, design, and software.

Campus Arena may use automated and manual measures to filter, restrict, review, or remove content before or after publication. Use in-app report and block controls where available, or email projectca1124@gmail.com with the relevant link and context. Do not include information that is unnecessary for reviewing the report.
Talks are intended for campus questions and answers. Pulse is a persistent campus-only social feed whose main view prioritizes recent activity. Posts may remain part of campus history after graduation while the account remains active. Students share their own experiences and opinions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of answers, offers, posts, or listings, or that a question will receive a response. Check information that affects important decisions. Campus Arena is not an official university service or an emergency service.
Campus Arena is currently free to join. Features and availability may vary by campus. Any future paid offering would explain its pricing before you choose to purchase it.
Campus Arena is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the platform's functionality, availability, or reliability. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campus Arena, its founders, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Campus Arena after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may restrict or end access to address violations, protect users, or meet legal requirements, subject to applicable law. You can stop using Campus Arena and initiate account deletion from Settings or the deletion page. You may also contact projectca1124@gmail.com for help. Deleting an account removes associated live user-generated content through the deletion workflow, subject to limited records that may be retained where required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. Disclaimers and limitations apply only to the extent that law permits.
